Terms and conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests more than 30 days before a scheduled class will be honored with a refund. If you cancel within 30 days prior to attendance, we provide a 50% refund if a replacement is not found from the class wait-list, or provide you with a voucher that will allow you to sign up for another Workshop during the following 24 months. Cancellations less than 30 days out cannot be refunded if a replacement is not found from the class wait-list.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, clients will be refunded in full.
Please be advised that Atelier Cuisine Fources cannot absorb any fees or exchange lost though the refund process, nor can we be held accountable for circumstances or events beyond our responsibility. We urge you to choose travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage that allows you the flexibility to cancel should you test positive or become a contact case requiring isolation before class.
Please send requests to laura@ateliercuisinefources
CANCELLATION POLICY- MULTI-DAY COURSES:
Payments are non-refundable for all Atelier Cuisine Fources multi-day workshops. If a client needs to cancel, we will try to find a replacement. If a replacement is found, a refund is at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a multi-day workshop is canceled, clients will be refunded in full.
