Terms and conditions

Cancellation requests more than 30 days before a scheduled class will be honored with a refund.  If you cancel within 30 days prior to attendance, we provide a 50% refund if a replacement is not found from the class wait-list, or provide you with a voucher that will allow you to sign up for another Workshop during the following 24 months.  Cancellations less than 30 days out cannot be refunded if a replacement is not found from the class wait-list.

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, clients will be refunded in full.

Please be advised that Atelier Cuisine Fources cannot absorb any fees or exchange lost though the refund process, nor can we be held accountable for circumstances or events beyond our responsibility.  We urge you to choose travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage that allows you the flexibility to cancel should you test positive or become a contact case requiring isolation before class.

Please send requests to laura@ateliercuisinefources

Payments are non-refundable for all Atelier Cuisine Fources multi-day workshops. If a client needs to cancel, we will try to find a replacement. If a replacement is found, a refund is at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a multi-day workshop is canceled, clients will be refunded in full.

French law will be followed at all times for COVID policies and we will update our terms to reflect changes but these can change suddenly.

As of August 1, 2021, to participate in a cooking class, under French law, all adults (aged 18 and over) must be able to provide proof of a full course of vaccination completed at least one week prior to the activity.  Alternatively, you may provide proof of a negative PCR test taken by a certified medical professional within the 48 hours preceding your class.

Please ensure that you bring proof of your own vaccine or negative test result to your cooking class, as the government will be imposing penalties on our school if participants in our classes do not comply.  At the beginning of each class, we will be required to control your vaccination certificate or proof of negative PCR test dating less than 48 hours before the class. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your place and the cancellation policy will take effect.

Atelier Cuisine Fources will make every effort to ensure our classes are as safe as possible, including following government regulations and practicing optimum kitchen hygiene.  Despite this, we cannot guarantee zero risk of Covid transmission.  By continuing with your booking, you agree to assume the risk of taking part in a class with Atelier Cuisine Fources and will not hold Atelier Cuisine Fources responsible in case of infection.

Our policy is designed to protect the health of our clients, your loved ones and ours, and helps us continue to providing our classes without risk of interruption. We are very grateful for your cooperation.

All dietary restrictions and allergies are handled on a case by case basis by Laura and we will endeavour to accomodate needs as best we can. Please notify us via email at the time of booking at laura@ateliercuisinefources.

The kitchen and teaching space is thoroughly cleaned before and after each class, however it is possible that there may be remnants of allergens.

Note that all considerations are made to accommodate your allergies but attending the class is at your risk. If an allergic reaction were to happen, you agree that Laura and Atelier Cuisine Fourcès will not held liable.

Remember this is a cooking class. Basic kitchen safety considerations are discussed at the beginning of each session.

We do suggest that long hair is tied back and closed-toe shoes are worn, with non-slip soles.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you release Laura and Atelier Cuisine Fourcès from being held liable for any injuries that could occur
